SPECIAL NOTES

Route 6 Observation (March 2027)

Filed by: Regina Torres, CTA Public Affairs

“This file is flagged for unusual activity on Route 6. Ms. Williams’ route has become the center of an informal exchange network (“The Tally”) that is receiving media attention. While operator is not directly involved, her regular presence and community relationships may be facilitating the network.

No policy violations observed. No disciplinary action warranted. However, management should be aware of potential liability issues if informal exchange leads to incidents on CTA property.

Recommendation: Monitor. Consider policy clarification regarding passenger conduct.”

Supervisor Response

Filed by: Marcus Jackson

“Keisha has my full support. She’s not doing anything wrong—she’s just driving her route and being kind to people. If there’s a problem with “The Tally,” that’s a policy issue, not a Keisha issue. She’s one of our best.”
