    • Or read marginalia from current suite focus
  4. Grounding (1 min)

    • 30 seconds of silence

NODE REVIEW (15 min)

Format options:

Each week focuses on one suite:

  • Week 1: Suite I (Recognition)
  • Week 2: Suite II (Resistance)
  • Week 3: Suite III (Reconstruction)
  • Week 4: Suite IV (Relationship)
  • Week 5: Suite V (Renewal)
  • Week 6: Open / Deep dive

Process:

  1. Facilitator briefly introduces suite theme (1 min)
  2. Go around circle — each person shares:
    • Which node from this suite they practiced most
    • Which they avoided
    • One insight (30 seconds each)
  3. Open sharing if time permits

Option B: Spotlight Node

Focus entire session on one node:

  • Read full node text aloud
  • Group discussion: When has this shown up in your life?
  • Practice exercise together

Option C: Open Convergence

  • Each person shares their week in 2 minutes:
    • Nodes practiced
    • Pattern noticed
    • Question or insight
  • Group responds with support, not advice

REFLECTION (7 min)

Guided questions (choose 2-3):

  1. “Which node feels most urgent for you right now?”
  2. “What pattern do you see in your avoidance?”
  3. “How has the practice changed your relationship to attention?”
  4. “Where do you need support in the coming week?”

Format:

  • Popcorn style (speak when moved)
  • Or structured circle
  • Facilitator holds time boundaries gently

CLOSING (3 min)

  1. Commitment Round (2 min)

    • Each person states one node they’ll practice this week
    • One word or brief phrase
  2. Closing Reading (30 sec)

“The protocol does not end. It only begins again.” “Find the others.” “The birds are waiting.”

  3. Final Chime (30 sec)

    • Silence
    • “Session complete.”
