What: Weekly group convergence sessions
Duration: 30 minutes
Format: Video call (Zoom/Discord) or async voice thread
Participants: 3-12 practitioners per session
Session Structure (30 minutes)
OPENING (5 min)
Facilitator: Rotates weekly

NODE REVIEW (15 min)
Format options:
Option A: Suite Rotation (Recommended)
Each week focuses on one suite:
- Week 1: Suite I (Recognition)
- Week 2: Suite II (Resistance)
- Week 3: Suite III (Reconstruction)
- Week 4: Suite IV (Relationship)
- Week 5: Suite V (Renewal)
- Week 6: Open / Deep dive
Process:
- Facilitator briefly introduces suite theme (1 min)
- Go around circle — each person shares:
- Which node from this suite they practiced most
- Which they avoided
- One insight (30 seconds each)
- Open sharing if time permits
Option B: Spotlight Node
Focus entire session on one node:
- Read full node text aloud
- Group discussion: When has this shown up in your life?
- Practice exercise together
Option C: Open Convergence
- Each person shares their week in 2 minutes:
- Nodes practiced
- Pattern noticed
- Question or insight
- Group responds with support, not advice
REFLECTION (7 min)
Guided questions (choose 2-3):
- “Which node feels most urgent for you right now?”
- “What pattern do you see in your avoidance?”
- “How has the practice changed your relationship to attention?”
- “Where do you need support in the coming week?”

- Or structured circle
- Facilitator holds time boundaries gently
CLOSING (3 min)

Facilitator Guidelines
Before Session
- Send reminder 24 hours before
- Prepare reading selection
- Test tech
- Open session 5 minutes early
During Session
- Welcome latecomers quietly
- Hold time boundaries gently but firmly
- Ensure all voices are heard
- Interrupt dominance, invite quiet voices
- Don’t therapize—witness only
After Session
- Thank participants
- Note next facilitator
- Document any technical issues
- Optional: Send brief follow-up with resources
